It can be a frustrating process if RNG goes the wrong way, but yes, anyone can do this!

The hardest parts (IMO) are having enough kavat genetic codes (by scanning wild kavats on Deimos), and patience when RNG pulls the wrong combo. I'm happy to go into detail, or find you the vids I learned from.
