To the office of the Honourable Evan Solomon, Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Innovation, ​I'm writing to you today to express my concern about the future of generative AI in the Canadian media landscape.​ It is becoming harder and harder to determine what is real and what is not on the internet. During this volatile time in global politics, generative AI is now, more than ever, a risk to our national interests. It's jarring that the federal government hasn't recently put out any substantial regulation to protect Canadians. The Digital Charter Implementation Act of 2022 is already sorely outdated, and does not adequately protect against the recent advances made by the AI sector. I'm proud to call myself a fan of a Canadian that's been very outspoken about this. bbno$ has always advocated for action against generative AI, and I believe that he has the platform to engage with Canadians about the change that we need to enact in order to protect ourselves in this media landscape. I am urging the Honourable Evan Solomon to invite bbno$ to Parliament Hill to discuss what we can do to address generative AI, and for the federal government to take concrete action and propose a brand new bill wholly focused on restricting harmful applications of generative AI. I highly encourage the office of the minister to reach out to bbno$'s management team to see what we can get done for Canadians.

Also say what you will about Repeat but it was the only Montesong entry I was willing to add on Spotify after hearing them all. Knew it wasn't going to win but the weird monk backup dancers were hilarious and Dolce Hera had such a great stage presence.

I'm not mad at the #Montesong results, Clickbait was in my top 3. It'll be fun to see them perform in Basel. But man, everyone losing it over the betting odds is hilarious tho. Like yeah if you all hyperfocus on a potential returning artist you're going to let some bangers slip through the cracks.
