Once upon a time, as a mod for r/monstermen, there was a review and defining of a rule that touched on essentially the criterium I mentioned above. There was an influx of beast but not beast*man*, and that rule needed similar definitions to be applied to maintain the theme of the sub. Fun times! /2

Humanoids + Humanoid-alterations are safe.
Elves, undead, goblins, mutants, werewolves, lizardmen, minotaurs, tauren, demonkin, angels, aliens, ghosts, spirits, etc. It walks, talks, thinks, breathes, capitulates, analyzes and determines to a humanlike value or better. /1
