Does anyone else have fear about scrolling the news? I feel like my soul is just too tired to bear it. I do pray. I do care. But I've reached a threshold, it seems.

I find if I process a mini stress right away, it loses its steam. But if I ruminate, it grows like cancer.

I'm working on thinking positively in this season of negativity. It's not easy. How have you navigated this issue?

I agree.

I feel loved when I'm communicated with. I feel unseen and unloved when I'm not. That's why, as a literary agent, I make sure I answer my emails promptly. I want my authors to feel loved.

I'm weary of another platform. Please tell me this is worth it?
