There are a few people in my life that don't drain my social battery at all, so those relationships will continue as normal. Everyone else is simply gonna have to deal and if they can't, I'm fine with not interacting with them anymore ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯

I like being left alone. I need to be left alone to recharge my social battery. And at this point it's fully depleted and refilling a lot slower than normal. Some coworkers/non work friends might be mad or annoyed but I don't really care anymore.

I think going forward I will be keeping to myself more at work. I am too exhausted to maintain most relationships nowadays and lately I prefer my own company to other people's. I also think I'll be on here a lot less, along with most of my other socials.

People forget to realize that just because you're going through something huge and traumatic doesn't mean that those going through lesser things aren't under just as much stress. You don't have a monopoly on suffering. And going out of your way to make others jobs harder doesn't help either.
