Very few people understand what is behind chronic illness. One day you have a really good day, everything is fine, the the next you feel like you're not in control of your own body. Or you forget your meds one time. One time and everything breaks down. So I guess what we're saying is be kind.

Chronic illness is knowing exactly what to say and how to say it one minute then not knowing how to spell chronic the next because the brain fog is so bad. There is more to it than this but man brain fog sucks.

Since the anxiety is down, going to share some art we've made recently!
