It's been a rough year with my dad's radiation therapy, losing a cousin to addiction and an uncle to cancer, being hospitalized & now with Ella passing... I hope 2026 has brighter horizons and better things in store.

Once I get a good chunk of my commissions taken care of, and get in touch with those who have been waiting, I'd really love to draw gifts for those who have supported me through thick and thin this year. Thanks for checking in and never giving up on me.

If anyone is wondering why I've been MIA, this is a part of the reason. If I can't be happy with the value of my work, why should my clients have to suffer the consequences. That's not right.

Refund everyone and disappear. The weight is going to put me in the ground. I am just so unbelievably depressed.

Bit of a vent but does anyone else feel extremely disheartened over their art whenever they see AI doing its rounds? Just feel like my efforts are pointless. I'm losing so much hope. My queue is pretty long and the more I see slop and those who support it, the more I just want to give up.

i love you beginner artists. i love you even if you're trying to learn art in your 60s. sharing your art can be scary if you are new to art and learning, but don't ever let mean people stop you.
