Ah phew, you'd beaten Chronos so quickly I wasn't sure if the surface had unlocked yet. Much more fun to come!

How much have you unlocked?
Related to this is that there is a stream who would want to campaign on a vengeful, "I told you so" platform, which would seriously harm the prospects of success.
Someone (a party member) recently expressed it to me as having no real idea of what a Lib Dem government or a Lib Dem council would actually look like or do. That is surely a big problem in a five-party era (six if you're in Scotland or Wales).
Anecdotally, this is a concern shared almost universally among Lib Dem friends. Constantly hearing worry that there is no big story, no real ‘sell’, and a lot of getting drowned out by bigger and more ideologically rooted platforms.
Was worried Orbán would try to cling on or self-coup. Relieved that he's conceded. Can't quite believe he's been beaten.
The use of generic 'optimistic guitar' stock music in party political broadcasts is one of my biggest and most irrational pet hates.
I cannot put into words how angry it makes me that Trump has started a war which is tanking the world economy *for no reason*, is furious that other countries didn't join his folly, and is now saying that the consequences of it are for everyone else to deal with. Toddler behaviour.
I have a mortgage offer received just prior to the war starting and I worry every day that it is going to be withdrawn before I can sign on the house — it makes me so angry that all this fallout is because of one erratic, egotistical American
Very much hoping this is a fairly universal experience too, and that I was not just a uniquely annoying 20 year old...
And even within university, the difference between fourth year and second year. Genuinely reading some of these things through my fingers. I don't think I anticipated at the age of 20 how stupid and ridiculous I would think I had been when I got to 30.
Every now and then I end up looking at (utterly mortifying) old Facebook Messenger conversations from when I was at university and every single time it makes me marvel at what an absolutely ridiculous, unbelievable amount of personal development and change happens in the space of 5-10 years.
Good find — I hadn't realised quite how many councillors there are! The Lib Dems being the second largest party in local government across the board would be completely unreal
Probably marks a complete transition in local government in lots of the country — those decreases for Lab/Con would surely be a near total wipeout?
This is so visually identical to the films that it actually falls into the uncanny valley for me — it feels like people performing a parody rather than something new. Even down to Privet Drive and the train carriage scenes looking the same.

This is really interesting. Greens think everything is affordable except defence spending and a furlough scheme. Labour voters *most* in favour of doubling defence spending. And Lib Dem voters considerably more fiscally conservative than I expected.
Just finished my first run of My Life as a Teenage Exocolonist (having seen it recommended by @stephenkb.bsky.social among others) and really loved it. Goes straight into the rare group of games which really, profoundly moved me.
Well, with the recent House of Lords reforms, I suppose there may be another group of nobles unhappy about their exclusion from power...?
Properly good England v France game so far. England with ball speed is like night and day!
But emphasis matters, and my original post referred to both policy and messaging.
I don't think that's right, personally. The post-Polanski Green Party of England and Wales has positioned itself much more vocally on the anti-establishment left than Denyer/Ramsay did.
I just don't buy this at all. The handful of Lib Dem MPs who might have genuine overlap with the policy and messaging of the post-Polanski Green Party of England and Wales all stuck with the party through much worse (e.g. the Coalition).

I don't want to make this about me when I am nowhere close to being the biggest victim but I am so annoyed that, just as I'm about to take out my first mortgage, Trump has decided to spark an ill-considered, ill-defined regional war which looks like it will end up spiking interest rates
Bloody hell, Scotland are like a side transformed here.
An absolute classic of an episode #TheApprentice
Alexandra Burke’s influence knows no bounds
Because they’re absolutely great?
It gets earlier every year…
Trees, tasteful paving/tiling like in continental Europe, a monumental fountain at the crossroads with Regent Street — maybe even some monumental statues of notable Brits as a treat!
This is fantastic, but I am desperate for them to do it properly and not as a generic, colourful pavement painting and terrible art “urban regeneration” thing
