I really outdid myself this year, I skipped out on some of the previous Black Friday Record Store Days, however this year had a good selection of titles this time. #RSDBlackFriday #rsdbf #rsd

well now I want to start posting unspoken bluesky words now
I think one of the greatest tragedies in our society is a profound lack of curiosity towards the truth. It's like so many people simply don't care and prefer to tell themselves what they want to hear and leave it at that. I care about the truth, and to see others not care about it has been strange.
It's a sad day for music as Ozzy Osbourne passed away today. Black Sabbath was essentially my introduction to metal music and I still hold the bands first 5 albums in high regard. One of the first posters I hung in my room was the Masters of Reality poster that came with the album. RIP

I got this whole playlist of obscure artists/songs I like called "Nuggets" and I take great pride in it. Will likely slowly grow over the years to come. #musicsky
Since this site doesn't have bookmarks I'm just saving this here for future reference

I unironically want a physical copy of this to hang in my workplace
Been enjoying the new Open Mike Eagle and Clipse albums that released today :)
America is beautiful, contradictory, unfinished. I am proud of our country even as we constantly strive to make it better, to protect and deepen our democracy, to fulfill its promise for each and every person who calls it home.
Happy Independence Day. No Kings in America.
Ok once you lose Brain Tyler Cohen surely the Dems start reflecting on their strategy... right?
they call them EPs because they're the length of a little nap :3
I have to shout-out this video because I've watched it repeatedly the past few days. Compared to the original song it's almost completely different besides the lyrics and given much more weight with the additional instruments. Very fitting considering the news. #musicsky

I post my "Bluesky is dying" article on Twitter and sit back smugly as it's shown to 274 of my 80,000 followers, receiving two likes, on retweet, and an anime avatar called lolitas1488 telling me my inferior skullshape means I belong in the camps.

I listened to The Black Parade a couple years ago and came to the same conclusion, it makes me wonder why there was this polarizing reaction to their music. Is it because men are seen as weak for being in tune with their emotions? The over-the-top theatrics? Whatever it is, the hate was undeserved.
It's interesting how when I was a kid My Chemical Romance was seen as the most cringe and uncool band and you would get made fun of for enjoying, and now here I am 15 years later listening to Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge for the first time and thinking "this is actually pretty good."

#NoKings #protest 12 Corners, Rochester NY. This protest was a blast, the energy was great and so were the signs.
RIP Brian Wilson, I first heard Pet Sounds sometime in 2018 and since then I fell in love with Baroque Pop music. I've listened to so many albums inspired/influenced by Pet Sounds that it would be very difficult to determine them all. #musicsky tidal.com/browse/track/8234589?u
I been waiting for this album since the first single dropped in February of this year, and omg it's everything I hoped it would be. Here we have a ray of sunshine in a bleak present and I'm so down for that. I can safely say that this is a best of 2025 contender. #musicsky tidal.com/browse/album...

hi gay, happy pride month
ok I seriously don't understand why libs are saying it was staged? I thought it would be more likely the shooter genuinely missed his shot then to stage and coordinate a fake shooting. This is shit that I would normally only see from Alex Jones ala school shootings are false flags bullshit.
what happened to the love
*John Something, I can't remember the name either 😂
I'm listening to that new Aesop album rn, it's pretty good. Got some banger beats and interesting stories, like an artist named "James Something" that I found memorable.
