I took an intro music theory class for an elective in college and it was pretty instructive. Someone who was playing an instrument and in organized music during childhood probably wouldn't have gotten much out of it. But it was quite helpful for me.

That and boring stuff like doing scales, if you don't get back where you should be at the octave i feel like its one of the easier ones to pick out

Like aitting in the car and anflong my head up or down at the windshield, theres some positions where it echoes back on you and ig a wau to think about is youre close enough to pitch your ear cant distinguish that way and then because of echo the positions of two sources are obscured? Idk rambling

I too didnt come by either the listening or the singing intuitively. Seems like just singing along to tunes you know well and trying to match pitch. Certain acoustics seem to give echoes that make it easier to tell when you're hitting the note? Idk why im giving advice not really qualified here
