So today in a truly glorious and not at all humiliating turn of events I managed to twist my ankle in a pothole, and fall on the ground. In front of two thankfully lovely colleagues. Wicked.
5 hours later it looks like this, plus the other leg is grazed. Elevation & icepack are my friends.

Wow! That's great value. I paid about $600 for a pretty basic one a couple of years ago. It kept getting stuck and just annoyed me so much I got rid of it.
