It’s ok! We could hear drums for a good bit, so I wouldn’t use it for a recording studio. But as far as rehearsing complicated music, it was great. The piano was not quite as in tune as what I posted but very reasonable.
I don’t really want to contradict him because it may start a decades, long feud! But I disagree vehemently.
Glad you found it! It’s really great. I’m halfway through a rehearsal here and it’s comfortable and clean and sounds good.

Not going to post it again, but Beato's Charlie Puth interview is incredible. I had Charlie as a student when he was like 18-ish, and it is no surprise whatsoever to hear him talk with incredible depth about every aspect of songwriting, production, music history. He's for real.

I obviously got my wires crossed! Also, we must’ve met at that Lincoln Center show. That was an incredibly special day.
