10 years after the greatest sporting achievement of all time (and 5 after the FA Cup encore) my beloved club has been laid low.

Hard to see how we can extract ourselves from this and rebuild, but one thing is sure - the team will look completely different next season #LCFC

Sonic Pocket Adventure: A byte-sized blue blur Think of portable Sonic and the classic Game Gear adventures, all hang-gliding in the rain and an entire zone’s worth of bridge, will probably sping to mind. Or perhaps the later Game Boy Adv…

Portable perfection! What a lovely little game this is:

US tech firms successfully lobbied EU to keep datacentre emissions secret Legally questionable confidentiality clause adopted almost word for word from demands of Microsoft and trade groups

I dunno about y'all but I'm fairly sure we were sold out. Everybody involved needs to be held accountable for this, and the data centers need to be held not just to the same, but to higher environmental standards.

Rummaging through the Argonaut archives, we recently found a 1997 render of Croc holding a brightly painted egg 🥚 The Gobbos heard about it and decided to put on their bunny ears and join in the fun! 🐇 Happy Easter! 🎉

Wow, this is an incredible piece of gaming history. Somebody bought (at full price, no less) a copy of Wood Cup Carnival, with what we'd expect to be *their Christmas money*, on the tenth of January 1987, over six months AFTER the Mexico '86 world cup had finished. Ridiculous stuff.

So often the way. We hear about the dominance of Apple II, the video game crash that destroyed the industry, and how the NES swooped in to save gaming. In Europe, those were barely ripples. (FWIW, unless they cut it, I explicitly mention other home micros in the Apple II bit of the Bunker ep I did.)

Fake Street Fighter II screenshot, featuring Ken having defeated Chun-Li. The winquote states "Y'ALL DON'T GET IT. APE HOLDERS CAN USE MULTIPLE SLURP JUICES ON ONE APE."

This is a reference to a really funny tweet by a cryptobro and the fact that Ken blew a lot of money on crypto in SF6.
