So sorry. A couple years ago I paid $30 (via IG ad) for a gorgeous glass Christmas tree (looked like 6-8”) for a gift. The box arrived and when I opened it, I found a three-inch tall tree made out of wire and thread. Scam. I avoid IG ads now & if the company looks legit I go right to their site.

What has been working for me is to scroll mindfully, keeping myself up-to-date and then bailing to seek out puppies and rainbows before I spiral into doomscrolling. What about you?
