Feeling nostalgic today

When I look at this painting I’m reminded of our old neighborhood and old house, the book I listened to at the time, our cute old tortie cat that I miss terribly… I never realized just how intertwined my paintings are with what’s going on in my life. (Even if subject matter doesn’t seem to be)
