oh you are right, people could either coordinate and have a "runner" that is tasked with going back and forth, a "crafter" that focus on only making stuff while the other gather and throw the ingredient to them etc, or everyone does everything like any good friend slop (pos) ldkghslksdg

I believe I planned for it to be a roguelite, you would be able to experiment and unlock more recipes/spells between runs. Oh and of course you can also buff yourself (so you get faster or can spot ingredients more easily or be more efficient on crafting) but that also costs resources

you would basically be able to see the direction the knight went and the knight's current HP at all times, but they would often be far ahead, while you gather stuff from the ground and defeated enemies + crafted then, from time to time you gotta rush towards the knight to heal/buff so they dont die

a bit ago I came up with a concept for a game where, you are the magician support to a knight that rushes head first into any dungeon, the knight would rush ahead and start killing monsters without stopping, and you gotta scavenge for ingredients to create potions to help him out before he perishes

Illustration I made for a Pokémon Gijinka zine, where we create humanoid or anthropomorphized versions of Pokémon. I drew a Remoraid named Ripple, wearing a small scarf tied around its neck. A Mantine named Wavenie, wearing a small tropical dress with a hibiscus flower on its head. And a Sharkpedo named Tide, wearing shorts, a striped sleeveless shirt, a scarf tied around its neck, and holding a fishing rod.

A scene depicting the Sharpedo Tide accompanied by its little Remoraid friend Ripple, fishing for what appears to be a Shiny Magikarp, which snatches a small berry from the fishing rod's hook and leaps out of the water, surprising the characters, while two Wingull fly overhead, curiously observing them.

A scene depicting the Sharpedo Tide and the Mantine Wavenie relaxing at a table under a parasol in a tropical seaside bistro. There are snacks and a coconut drink on the table. Remoraid Ripple is offering a lemon drink with a salt rim to the Sharpedo, but he seems intimidated by it, while the Mantine merely expresses that she finds the scene amusing.

A scene depicting Sharpedo Tide diving into the sea, dressed in a diving suit with a medical symbol. He is delicately removing fishhooks stuck in the mouth of a large wild Sharpedo with pliers, the Sharpedo is expressing discomfort and pain. A second wild shiny Sharpedo, entangled in fishing net ropes, awaits its turn to be helped right behind. Some wild Remoraids accompanying those Sharpedos curiously observe from around.
