For those interested, the ending I got was “Leave” and I never played the original game, so this was a completely fresh, mostly unguided playthrough.
I finished my first playthrough of Silent Hill 2 Remake and why did the ending screen have to show me that I checked the map 1755 times?! My map checking habits are between me and God 😭

30 seconds into Remake and I need to know why this game is immediately bullying Aerith, leave her alone 😭😭😭 Why would someone bump into her and step on her flowers like that?!
Anyway yes I bought the Remake and Rebirth bundle, the promise of Zack Fair content in Rebirth was too good for me to pass up 😔
The way I experienced Final Fantasy 7 growing up was strangely by playing and watching all the spin-off content (Dirge of Cerberus, Crisis Core, Advent Children) but never FF7 itself

Silent Hill 2 Remake has some of the best audio design I’ve ever experienced so I’m always wearing my headphones, but it also makes it so much scarier 😭
