Hell yeah. Thank God It’s Focaccia

Today in “Will It Focaccia?” is carrot cake. (It did focaccia.)

Corning my own beef was neither cost nor time efficient, but it turned out so incredible it was worth both.

Jalapeño cheddar focaccia (and taco night plus guacamole my daughter made).

This album was the first CD I ever purchased. Every song has memories attached. Always glad to hear it get some play.

I keep testing and I suspect focaccia is so forgiving you can make any flavors with it. This weekend was s’mores.

Was feeling cheesy. Might make bread again later.

I’m down.

On one hand, I want to make good on that. On the other, I absolutely smoked out my kitchen so bad by messing up with too much oil.

Tried my hand at focaccia and nailed it. Duck fat fried wings with smoked butter buffalo sauce was solid run back. But my daughter make vegetable soup from scratch—just chop them and boil them—with fresh basil. Unreal lunch today, and proud she could make a great soup.
