Just to save my skin here for the five people who read my post.
I'm not hating on the Brits (assuming they're not tourists). The BSI literally sells a BS version of ISO

Why would they need the #British branch of #ISO when the main one is already BS.

Our existence allows us to observe relativity, yet we are limited to expressing absolutes. What a sad and beautiful existence.
I don't know if anyone was waiting for this, but we're excited to share another episode of our STEP Talks #podcast!
This time, we talk about #generativeAI and #indie #games #industry.

Fun fact, did you know that only about 9% of global #electricity comes from nuclear plants, but a single nuclear reactor can power entire cities.

One (out of many) reason for the 2008 financial collapse was the over-complication of the financial products and over-reliance on credit ratings to simplify the assessment.
No one learned anything.
Now just imagine how big the next crash will be when we let AI do all the "due-diligence"
You know why it‘s called too big to fail?
Because when it fails, the damage is too big the world governments will do anything to keep it alive.
so you're telling me that any traffic or ingress interests have a positive correlation to how much pressure I but into my ass when I take a piss?

You know what‘s the best way to reduce poverty and inequality?
Have rich people pay poor people to deport other poor people.
Master gambit.

Information is like gold. Everyone wants it, but no one knows how it‘s made or how to use it.
And when there is demand, the suppliers control the value.
FYI here are the compose files for some of my infra code. I'll upload/update more as I see what works. And maybe write a full blog post about it.

for the past few weeks I was obsessively #self-hosting a DNS server -> reverse proxy -> #postgresql -> #gitea, and I finally got stuff working.
When I was excited to finally host my GitOps and Obsidian notes, I realized my network got too complicated, and was told that VLANs can help...
The South Korean gov. recently pushed the initiative to adopt Linux with HarmoniKR (github.com/hamonikr).
I can't believe North Korea beat them by 28 years with the Red Star OS (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_Sta...). The Kims were cooking something.
You know, before the internet became a mainstream form of communication, we at least had the right to keep yellow pages/phone books ourselves.
Now we aren't even allowed to know who we talk to without #CloudFlare or #Google owning everything.
Fuck 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8
Global scale political conflict in the 21st century is crazy.
Now we are all spineless politicians!
Say what you will, but Trump is one of the most blatantly transparent president in US history
history may be written by the victors. But it 's only discovered by the survivors.
I come to realize that there are mainly two kinds of people. Those who fear God, and those who fear those who fear God.
In the modern day, everyone has the freedom to choose who they fear, including the God(s). I do not take this for granted.
We are all necromancers, just trying to see whose 'body' will last the longest, when our soul (will to a direction) eventually dries out.
The body is the particle where the soul is the wave. And we are beings pushed through the ripples of time.
Why do we want that? Because every one of us wants to convince ourselves that we were alive. So we create corpse that can only move forward, and that 'zombie' changes direction every time it bumps into another stronger soul.
That is what corporations, organizations, and groups of souls are.
