to be fair even if you do this you're effectively just shifting the centralized component to be microcosm instead of an appview, there's not really a way to get around tracking backlinks

the way labels work is a dumpster fire i'm not surprised it's weird in red dwarf

just use witchsky and set the appview proxy in the settings to did:web:api.blacksky.community if the official one explodes

this is red dwarf and it doesnt work when bluesky is having a moment because it cant query records from people on official PDSes
