Plus putting an option to just walk into a room in Astro’s Playroom and have the purchase page for AstroBot pop right up feels a bit predatory. That’s how my kid accidentally bought it. He just thought he was starting more of the game.
Yeah I thought it was a really strange criteria, but then it didn’t even matter that I met the criteria for the refund. They just told me to kick rocks.
Anyway, I know I am at fault for not locking purchases on the system. But it would be nice if PlayStation actually followed their policies instead of just trying to get rid of me after I've supported them with my business for over 30 years.
Was told that I had streamed or downloaded the game. Yes, it had been played BEFORE the purchase, which was my point. We already owned it. But the digital version we didn't need HADN'T been played.
I am not sure what is so complicated about this when I provided the screenshot.
