Avoiding psychodrama and click bait but quite appreciating seeing the wild screen grabs from the other place on here. You couldn't make this stuff up. Keep calm and carry on. This is the long predicted information war. Alarming stuff but we've come through worse.

This was a gorgeous event. Loved performing & enjoyed hearing everyone else too. My absolute highlight was Falle Nioke, playing exquisite West African music, which led me to finally go to the wonderful Faith in Strangers, where he was playing again the following Saturday. 2 terrific Margate venues.

In these dark dark times, I'm very comforted by sparkly lights, the moon and Venus.

Also v pleased to see Bluesky shaping up nicely to be a proper discussion platform and I might get a bit more discussion-y on here as the year progresses. But right now I'm still in holiday mode.

It was perfect. 🙏 We always share a poem after we've meditated then have herbal tea and chat. This one, everyone agreed, was especially lovely.

We shared the poem you posted from the 92 year old lady with dementia - and the link to your book - at our meditation group this evening. Everyone loved it. Thank you.
