The judge sided with her and I lost my security deposit, like I figured I would. I guess I should have had pictures, too. They would have showed the same thing

She'd had her son do a bunch of work that resulted in the drop ceiling tiles in the basement always falling out, and the basement still flooding, despite the caulk he put on the cracks! 🙄

When I moved out she wouldn't give me back my security deposit and we wound up in court.

I rented from a lady who was getting married and wanted to keep her house. First I had to put up with a basement and garage full of stuff she had to sort thru. That took a year, and she was always coming on Saturday & Sunday afternoons, which was annoying as hell.

We put up the Hummingbird and Oriole feeders. We usually wait until May 1st but my neighbor said she's already seen Hummingbirds and the Orioles can't be far behind (mid-Michigan)
