There’s no point attempting to pretend that I’m even going to think twice about it. 😂

Lin and I decided to go away for the day, and we took the dogs. I got to pick where we went.

On an utter whim, I chose an East Coast seaside town called Dunbar.

I was VERY surprised when it TOTALLY COINCIDENTALLY had TWO record shops. 🙂

Regardless of the weather or the seasons, Skye is a place of mesmerising beauty. My wife and had our holiday there last year and plan to return this year.

I was out and about for a while with Lin this morning.

We had a lovely cooked breakfast in Glasgow’s ever so fashionable West End, and, after that, I took some oversaturated photos of buildings and the gorgeous jobby brown river Kelvin.

Diabolical.

We need to find out who’s responsible for the inputs, line them all up against a wall, and then riddle them with bullets.

Feel free to quote me on that.

#NowWatching Don Sharp’s 1979 adventure film ‘Bear Island’, adapted from Alistair MacLean’s 1971 novel.

Donald Sutherland, Vanessa Redgrave, and other well known actors star in a thriller about a UN scientific expedition that turns deadly on a remote Arctic island.

Can we not just jettison Spacedaddy Shitcars into deepest darkest space? I’d be happy for my taxes to contribute to that.

Very nice. I picked up the Goblin album and also The Walker Brothers. Lovely haul there.

And by sheer coincidence, I’m off this week (if my place of work will just leave me the f*ck alone), so hopefully some time for 🎼🎶🎵🎹🎸🥁🎵🎶!

Thank you @monorailmusic.bsky.social for working so hard to arrange a fantastic Record Store Day for 2026.

I was so pleased to get everything that I wanted , and the opportunity to pick up a couple of non-RSD releases.

It was also a wonderful surprise to see a Tara back behind the counter. 😀👏🙌

Astoundingly beautiful and ageless.

Please forgive indulgence, but I am seldom happier than when out with my wife in my rugged, beautiful Scotland.

When push comes to shove, I’m just a very average person trying to navigate an overly complex world using only what’s left of my wits and a very finite supply of 45-year-old Staedtler Sticks.

That’s it. That’s all I’ve got.

😂 That hadn’t even occurred to me!

I am so grateful you followed me, otherwise I wouldn’t have known about this! Phew, thank you.

I see also that you’re battling with ME. I’m truly sorry. I’m in that club too.

If you’ve been blocked by that weapons grade b*llock, that gets a follow from me!
