Cheryl, the sister of Ash Williams, from The Evil Dead (1981), after she’s been demonically possessed and trapped in a cellar, peeking through a trapdoor. Her hair is chaotic, her eyes red, her face inhumanly wrinkled and patchy. Though the imagery of this moment is iconically creepy and taunting, I’ve instead drawn her resting her chin over her folded arms and smiling amiably, like she’s posing in a photoshoot.
