It just feels so unnatural, props to project aces design team they really did amazing with the adf-11f

the way these two "voiceless" and unknown enemies are portrayed is so affective for what little time we've got to know them, just one mission but you can immediately read that these things shouldn't exist and that they are a very, very real threat to the world itself, even by their scary ass design

as well as their radio chatter basically being them attempting to speak even if its just straight up incomprehensible, they're an actual mockery of nature

one detail i love in ac7's final fight is Huginn and Muninn both forming a double helix pattern, it's so fucking cool and terrifying how aware their AI has become (each drone even reacts differently when the other is shot down, one slows down in sadness and one moves faster in anger)

They fucking knew what was up with the squadron intros that shit was fire

ace combat zero is genuinely a masterpiece and I hate how sometimes it just gets watered down to the memes that came out of it COUGH COUGH that one youtubers fault
