Yeah, it did but always towards Willa and Wynonna, not Waverly. He locked Wynonna in the cellar for 3 days over helping Waverly but Waverly didn't get punished. We saw him drag Willa out of bed in the middle of the night and be yelled at over training. No but Ward did protect Waverly, in a way.
