So I decided that 20+hrs of overtime at the healthcare job this week was a good idea, apparently. I also have clocked 16ish hours at the part time job as well this week. I promise I dont hate myself that much 👍

Thinking of possibly treating myself. It's a lot of money, but my bills (minus my cable/internet/phone bill) are paid for the month of August. Gonna think on it cause it's a lot of money to drop on an auto, but Ozzy was a big part of me growing up 😬🤔

Donating Blood for the first time on Friday. I have no idea my blood type but due to our unfortunate stabbing incident at Walmart on Saturday they're short of blood. If everything goes well, I'm thinking of making this a regular thing. 🤞🤞🤞

After owning my last pair of Vans for almost 15yrs, I had to get a new pairs. Guess this new pair is pretty okay. Also I decided to break these in on my two healthcare shifts this weekend. Pray for my feet. 🙃

Finally bought my plane tickets for my vacation in October. Talked to my boss and she said she would make my time off happen even with these PTO issues. (Shes also gonna get my week I took off due to my car crash excused and get me FMLA paperwork in case something else happens).

The fact I am in my planning part of my tattoo sleeve is incredible to me. Also my artist is willing to let me pay the whole 8hr sessions with payments then booking the appointments when the session is paid for is nice. I know its risky but Im getting receipts.

It's the time of year where I contemplate if I should reteach myself how to play the musical instruments I used to be able to play. I'm still able to semi-read both treble and bass clef music sheets so maybe? 🤔

Three days in a row at my healthcare job, old ladies have scolded me about my tattoo sleeve 😭😂 Like ma'am Im the one on staff who's been trained to help your particular situation, this is not the time. Jkjk I love all my patients but old ladies are ruthless 😂

Today completes one of the worst weeks I've had working healthcare. I specialize in orthopedics, but work in the ER. I had two situations that broke me as a person (Im usually very strong about emotions like that) and both situations made the local news. Here's to hoping this week is better.

I started playing 'Dave the Diver' thinking it was a cute fishing game. I was pretty surprised it had a restaurant part you had to play, and I wasn't super into that. Gave it a break for a couple of days, and came back to it. It's extremely enjoyable tbh and I love the art style they used for it.

The Summer Steam Sale beat me up for my wallet again. I did get 'Tomba!' and 'Subnautica' out of it 😌

This stupid meeting with HR is in a hour and I'm nervous as fuck. Like our night shift administration didn't even know we had possible department changes, and the changes are supposed to be implemented on July 1st. I hope they leave my fucking job alone but who knows at this point 😔

Signed up for a BLS class so I can get my CPR certification renewed. Since I'll be forced to probably renew it with the department changes, I figured I'd sign up for a class now and be ahead of everything 😒

If things actually go bad tomorrow at work like I'm expecting, I already have a new department that is calling dibs on me. All I gotta do is apply and hope I get transferred quickly 🙏 I already semi-work in their department so at least Ill be familiar with the work / everyone

Tomorrow is my two year anniversary in my current position with a company Ive been employed with for almost 6yrs. Tomorrow I have a meeting with HR for them to explain that they are eliminating my position. Thank fuck for my coworkers who gave me a heads up.

So. I've been trying to collect old year books from schools I used to attend. Tonight, I managed to pick one up from a school that no longer exists. It's from the year after I left the school due to foster care, but Im still excited. Now, to inpatiently wait for it to arrive. 😶

With how many hours I put into No Man's Sky, I really should consider streaming it while I play 😶 Example, Im currently grinding for an S-Class Pirate Dreadnought with a Gek crew. I've put in an hour of work so far 😅
