Even if therapy or just talking to friends is imperfect, isnt there something to always endeavoring to do better ourselves?

I think a scary part of this is that Im somehow supposed to evaluate this well. I wouldnt use chatbots for this. Now I feel like I have to prove to ppl why, and also convince them that there is an entire profession of humans providing a more thoughtful well-known service advanced through practice.

Im grateful for this article, I notice how often my partner puts efforts into the first 2 of these things and it mesmerizes me (I generally assume the 3rd as well). At times Ive naively wondered if its somehow a biological difference. We gotta step it up...
