Ohhhh there was a Mr T animated series. Ok.

I bloody loved the A-Team as a kid but I was a bit older and although I can’t remember it that well, I suspect I can’t show the live action series to a three year old.
Why not?! If ever a show was perfect for an 80s animated series.
My son saw a Mr T fridge magnet at my mum’s house (long story) and is now fascinated by him and wants to watch him on TV. Fine, I thought, I’ll track down the A-Team animated series for him to watch. But apparently I have invented the A-Team animated series in my head and there never was one?!
I think we have a winner. The pattern of light and shadow on the globe matches perfectly, and can spot the nose on the shape inside.
No idea but I suddenly really fancy a Lindor
Thanks Jase, much appreciated. Have tried most of that but will try remaining bits tonight. Honestly it’s so annoying. I swear every time I manage to buy a phone outright and go off contract something happens to make me need a new phone. Grrrr Apple.
Please help, my phone he is very sick.
Can anybody explain to me like I’m an idiot what I can do to fix this? I’ve deleted apps, photos, media left right and centre and every single day WhatsApp and email are telling me I can’t use them because I’m out of storage? Can I do anything about those big grey sections? What am I doing wrong?
(Also pleasing that it was made by the French version of Anton Rodgers.)
It was very not suitable for children but because there was so much going on on the screen at any one time I’m pretty sure all that stuff went over his head. Anyway, like mother like son. I’ll start him on Ingmar Bergman when he turns 4.
We went to an art gallery yesterday where there was a ton of stuff for kids to do but also this was showing as a video installation. Guess where my 3 year old son wanted to spend his time? www.antoineroegiers.com/les-sept-pch...
Yeah, B’ham Hippodrome ‘83. Good times. I’m good thanks. Haven’t slept in 3 years but still functioning somehow! Hope you’re well too x
🥂
Only just cottoned onto this and listened to the pilot because, y’know, I’m not around much, but it’s great stuff and SO up my street. Thank you. Would dearly love one on this (bad image, soz) because it was my first panto. I still have the programme somewhere…
I'm so happy with how this series is turning out. If you or anyone you know is into old British entertainment, please follow, sub and tell the world. Then get this on the big telly and enjoy the wonderful videos full of extra jokes and visual bits.
Realised when I finally looked things up a few years ago and saw clips that I’d somehow fused the memory of this with Behind the Bikesheds. Years thinking Bill Oddie was in Behind the Bikesheds as a schoolgirl.
My very specific scarred for life type memory is of him dressed as a schoolgirl which I think must’ve happened in this show? Can’t find a clip which is perhaps a blessing.
Anyone remember From the Top with Bill Oddie? Strange times. youtube.com/watch?v=0Lo0...
The actual lol of holding up a SWP banner at a march against sexism
K mate
Thudding, humourless, literalist, cod philosophical. I don’t care if he’s technically good, it’s dross.
The entire output of Christopher Nolan. Cannot bring myself to like a single second of it.
Thanks Jase, yeah I need to have a fiddle, clearly.
Can’t get to grips with Bluesky. I only follow a handful and the rest of my timeline is the app suggesting people who invariably have anime/furry avatars and seem to think it’s cute that they are deranged and don’t use punctuation. I miss the Twitter glory days. Bring back 2011.
We’re skipping World B#ok Day as my boy’s only 3 and doesn’t go to nursery on Thursdays and also because I have a feeling this will be the last year we’ll be allowed to do so. It is truly a juggernaut.
What I want my almost-3-year-old to watch vs what my almost-3-year-old wants to watch.
TIL that Dick Whittington opened a giant public toilet that was operational for over 200 years en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Whittin...
Aw. This is lovely.
Trying to decide which of these courses which are GENUINELY BEING OFFERED by the BBC is more outrageous.
