I had no idea what type of future I had in 2020 or even if I would have one because or how close I came to NOT having one. But, here I stand in front of my Christmas tree in November 2024 with a clean bill of health, new-to-me heart, a family, and a Bachelor of Arts Psychology degree.

..... It's awesome when our children make strides and reach accomplishments. It's amazing that they have wonderful support systems, however, they do these things themselves and they should know that they are capable and that they did this because they are capable .....

..... Yes, having a good support system is helpful. However, I will never look at my daughter and ride the coattails of HER accomplishments with a comment about me stating that being her mother is the reason she's succeeding .....
