Yes! I was reading that a lot of people with CPTSD experience this in healing. When you are used to chaos the calm feels abnormal.
I can see my own growth and healing and it’s STRANGE.

I don’t share much about my odd family situation online. There’s honestly still a lot I don’t fully understand. From the age of 8 weeks to almost 4 years I was raised by my godfamily. My godmother passed when I was 10. My godbrother sent me some old videos today. She was my mom. I miss her so much.

Spent the day off of my phone and in the garden.
It doesn’t look like much yet but there are 17 types of plants here!
I went to a neighborhood meeting tonight and took some notes. Feels good to hang out with neighbors IRL and help to improve my little corner. Also, the mayor spoke.
