For the home-server, the running cost (~20W idle). Someone advice me on Mastodon about some Dell SFF that only consume ~15W. Sadly, I wasn't able to find a good offer (price + delivery). For the home-lab, I am not sure yet, I am thinking using WoL to ignore consumption.

I really mean it. I install #Linux on old computer for people who can't afford a new one. You can't install a recent version of Windows on them. Not having money shouldn't prevent you from receiving bug fixes and security updates.
