In 1869, French author Jules Verne wrote “Around the Moon” (“Autour de la Lune”). In 2026, Artemis II made the same voyage. Here’s a sketch of my character Verne exploring outer space to commemorate the occasion. 🌘

Syn the Synth and Sparto the Protogen are helped to gear up in their custom species-fitted hazmat suits under the supervision of "Spyro", shift manager and Dracus the dragon who helps pull Sparto's boots up his calf. Syn looks in admiration at his shiny pair of long chemical gloves as Sparto does the same, in awe at its luster and sturdiness while also being stretchy and soft, while a few cutouts to the left show that "Spyro" is in fact Lazlo disguised, dressed in another suit under that gear~

Syn the Synth and Sparto the Protogen gearing up in their custom hazmat suits and admiring the flexible latex~

With the help of two(?) dragons Dracus and "Spyro", here on Lazlo's absence, these newbies will fit to the plant well~ :3

Things are starting to look up again!

Seasoned New Order Army agent Lazlo pulls a friendly surprise for the newbie of his unit, Raymond the stingray, by pulling the gasmask-and-integrated scuba respirator over his face, much to the fish's delighted surprise in his own bunk~ After helping Raymond put on the rest of his gear, the fish fastens his stretchy combat gloves and looks at his superior and new roommate behind the tinted visor of his mask, ready to go about his first deployment~ In the background, Lazlo's signature blue fins can be seen, along with the filters for their respirator pack.

Agent Lazlo surprises new NOA scuba unit recruit Raymond, pulling his gas mask/respirator over~

Fastening his glove, they're ready for Ray's first mission!
