I'm currently listening to Cant Spell Treason without Tea, and it's cute so far but only a few chapters in.

Fruit... All the same good stuff that's in veg is also in fruit. Over time my kids ate more veg. Veg was always an option at meals, but they got to decide if/ how much they ate.
