Taking one more day off here as the arthritis pain is still at distractingly high levels. Hoping 4 days in a row of laying low will return the body to some kind of workable state. Not much of a strat but kinda all I've got. I'll be back at the beginning of next week for RDR. Have a lovely weekend.
