But at the same time it also includes a background. Full bodies have much more background whereas half bodies are a little more focused on the character so I can get away with faking more of the detail behind them

That's fair. I could do more options, so a half body would be more at the hip/groin area but I do keep it somewhat broad. I'm not too strict on how far I zoom out or in. If that makes sense. Just whatever works best with the image. I know really it just means you are paying so much more for the legs

That's a very good point. Over here on South Africa, a developing nation, we have pretty good cheap access to Healthcare. It always confused me that America can't have the same
