Chris Mohr, General Secretary of Philadelphia Yearly Meeting, spent part of this past weekend with the Young Adult Friends in the PYM community. During the weekend’s activities, Young Adult Friends awarded him a baguette for good listening skills.

A coalition that includes Quaker groups, other faith organizations, and houses of worship filed a notice with the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts in a lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security.

One Philadelphia: A Community Meeting about Immigrant Rights & Concerns · Philadelphia Yearly Meeting

On March 16, 4 pm, @quakerspym.bsky.social hosts a community meeting here at Friends Center with several immigrant-serving groups in Philadelphia. PYM will talk about their lawsuit & the temporary injunction preventing ICE from arresting or detaining people in the plaintiffs' houses of worship.
