Wow Artemis was so cool! Just awesome. Way too long since last time. I’m a shuttle kid though and there is no more beautiful space craft than the shuttle! Still the most beautiful machine humans have ever made 😍

The one I tend to record with is a cheap £175 quid gear for music headless one. It sounds great and plays really nicely straight out the box. And it confuses the buggery out of my 27yo son who’s a far better guitarist than me so I look better than I am for a few minutes 😂😂

I had a proper Les Paul standard as a gift for my 40th. It felt so different but the neck felt amazing compared to a fender neck. Had to sell it to pay the mortgage in a slow month but I’d definitely have another one. I’ve always been tele mad but that was a really lovely guitar!

There is a lot of guitar snobbery about. I definitely believe a cheap guitar properly set up and looked after can sound just as good(or Bad) as a really expensive one

It’s a cheap temu body which is described as “wooden” and light weight. I think it’s maple.
Yes, but that bridge isn’t staying, a new one on the way. Even with that bridge the intonation is almost there. The new bridge will have individual saddles, should be able to get it pretty close to decent !

Started putting it together today, body stained walnut, parts placed in and holes drilled. Total roughly £50-60. Loads to do but still quite chuffed
