I loved this film. It’s poignant but also lots of funny moments. Do try to see it in the cinema. It’s a great film to bring older relatives to, to get them talking of their own experiences.
Thanks Nick 🙏
Incredible work by @younghorgan.bsky.social @ciarancassidy.bsky.social of @secondcaptains.bsky.social on this series.
Episode two is so powerful - can't recommend highly enough, to everyone.

While making Housewife of the Year, we uncovered a huge amount of archive. We couldn't possibly include it all in the final cut but I wanted to share some bits.
This is the opening to the 1984 contest, featuring a group of dancers performing to a medley of songs.
Hi folks, thanks to everyone who has gotten in touch with me so far since we released the series on Friday, the response (especially to episode 2) has been amazing.
I hope you’ll add it to your playlist for the week ahead & make your own mind up (1/2)

Thanks John 🙌
I went to Amsterdam's financial district to demonstrate how unsettling facial recognition software can be. Just a few seconds of video was enough to find people's names, employers, and various personal details. Experiment was inspired by two Harvard students. (Full clip: x.com/AlexanderNL/...)
Excellent first 'Stakeknife' episode, looking at the most notorious individual in the long and bloody history of informing during the Northern Ireland conflict.
From @younghorgan.bsky.social and @ciarancassidy.bsky.social.
LOL. Wait for the reveal.
(Thanks for the nice plug) Housewife of the year out in cinemas this weekend.
