Humbled to contribute structurally to this incredible work on CRBN biology, led by Vanessa. Big kudos 👏 to the amazing teams at GSK and @thewoolab.bsky.social . Huge thanks to my mentor, Gabe Lander @landerlab.bsky.social , for helping me step into the field 😊🙌🥂🎉

Magellon GUI for cryoEM
Exited to share my first PostDoc contribution! Like Magellan explored the globe, you can explore your cryoEM data with Magellon. Congrats to all involved. Scott Stagg Lab & Michael Cianfrocco Lab @landerlab.bsky.social www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1... 🌎❄️🔬
🚨New preprint!🚨 #teamtomo
We expanded Surface Morphometrics to quantify membrane thickness from cryo-ET—revealing local variation across organelles.
Led by the lab’s first grad student, @mmedina300kv.bsky.social (defending Monday! 🍾) w/ @attychang.bsky.social @hamid13r.bsky.social & @tomo.science
Here’s to decoding the ‘ub-code’, one complex at a time 🔬✨

Absolutely loved working with you @landerlab.bsky.social, on this! 🙌
Leraned so much- not just about these fascinating machines from the ubiquitin cryoEM community but also the art of crafting figures that ‘tell’ the science.
Honored to help weave together the community’s work with #COSB
Definitely a contaminant then 😑.. looks like pyruvate kinase (1pkl), not sure though!
First post here- Hello Bluesky!
Quick science query: These 2D classes are from negative stain of
a FLAG pulldown (HEK cell eluate). Does this look like a real complex or a common contaminant? Would live to hear from anyone who’s worked on similar prep!
