THE END OF AMERICA'S ECONOMY UNLESS the next President can push a treaty through the Senate with Canada, UK, New Zealand and Australia setting tariffs between the 5 countries at zero. This is the only way anyone will ever trust us again. Congress needs to set the process, by law, to propose tariffs.
