The Trump Administration Is Trying to End TPS Status for Haitians Past efforts by the administration to do so have failed in court.

DHS announced plans to terminate Temporary Protected Status for more than 330,000 Haitians saying their continued protection would be “contrary to the national interest" of the U.S.
