The reality of loneliness and depression eating me up at the moment is that I’ve been in bed by 9.30pm every day this week just because I don’t see much point in staying up any longer and functioning or doing anything useful.

Constantly not feeling good enough is becoming really, really exhausting for me 😩🥺
