Just an update to this comment: Today is the Texas primary, and I'm still registered in the wrong county. Two months, and it should have taken two weeks. I have sent tips to three local TV stations and two publications, hoping one will bite to get the story out there.

UPDATE: I received a call from the board of elections today - they’ve received everything. They claim they're waiting on a response from the Secretary of State. They needn't think I won't pursue it. There are a few avenues - Texas Secretary of State, state courts, and the DOJ (which, admittedly, is nearly useless in and of itself but a necessary part of escalation in the legal sense if needed).

I completed voter-registration updates through Texas DPS, the Secretary of State system, and mailed applications starting in December.

My address still wasn’t updated before the primary deadline.

That raises real administrative concerns.
