I’ve seen so many articles today that treat the Virginia gerrymander like it’s completely unprovoked, and make no reference to Texas or other red states opening this can of worms.

Hardworking Nevada families are being squeezed by the high costs of groceries. Senate Democrats just forced a vote on @lujan.senate.gov’s provision to help lower families’ grocery bills and reverse Republicans’ cruel cuts to food assistance programs. But Senate Republicans shamefully blocked it.
The Texas legislature rammed through a gerrymandering bill at the request of Trump.
Virginia actually voted in favor of redistricting to counterbalance what Texas and other Republican-controlled states have done.
Yet only one is considered a "power grab."
