Joining the EU would be a ridiculous response to Canada’s real problems Canadians are worried about national sovereignty in the face of threats from America. So why are we considering surrendering it to Europe instead?

A clear explanation of why Canada joining the EU is illogical.

The collapse of the gulf stream will be catastrophic for the entire planet. The crisis in the earth's circulation system continues to be ignored while politicians promote massive oil/gas expansion.
We are killing our children's future.

Organization is not a "small and insignificant" tyrant. His reach is long and, sadly, effective.

I would suggest that many of those in favour do not understand the compromises and changes to Canadian policies and practices that would have to be made to be a member. While there are positives, there are also negatives.

On April 9, 1917, the Battle of Vimy Ridge began.
One of the most famous battles in Canadian history, it saw four Canadian divisions fighting together for the first time in the battlefields of France.

Terrebonne: Bleu Country, Red Moment? In the heart of nationalist Quebec, Mark Carney is walking on water. Terrebonne is where we find out if it holds.

Everyone with a Substack is writing about Terrebonne today.

"Terrebonne is ground zero for nationalist Quebec. This is not where Liberals win."

Anything less than a landslide win for the Bloc is a loss for the Bloc. (A close win for the Bloc is a loss.)
