Hey #curling community β€οΈ π₯
Releasing a beta feature for uploading photos. I know for a fact it has some issues, but when it works it's very fun. Give it a try. If it breaks - send the photo to me and I'll use it to improve.
Have fun trying it during #OQE

@neildegrassetyson.com if gravity spans universes, should we have detected gravitational waves without a source in our universe by now?
Fine adjustments are here ππΌπ₯ππΌ
Click on any rock, or your #curling broom, and you'll be able to move it by 1 inch inside the Scenario Editor.
Open to UI suggestion π
Beta release: I added screenshot and video recording to curling.gg right below the ice sheet. It's beta because I can't get it working on mobile yet. Video processing is just not as powerful / compatible as desktop.

Dunstone didn't miss. It was never there! But check out what would've happened if the rock curled extra 1 inch.

My partner and I audibly gasped. We couldn't believe it. Team Jacobs made every rock count even under tremendous time pressure.
Mobile version of curling.gg getting a little love this weekend. Easier to see the remaining rocks and undoing the throw now!
Thanks for the feedback!
Penultimate round robin draw at the Brier.
Good afternoon folks. A first place showdown awaits.
Gushue vs Dunstone for the top of the Pool A standings. You watching?
@neildegrassetyson.com if gravity spans over universes shouldn't we detect gravitational waves from unexplained directions?
New post: Should I brush faster? Stroke rate, displacement, and vertical force. #curling

100% luck or some strategy?
Mike McEwen had a chance to peel a few rocks. Take a look at what a difference half an inch makes! That's a difference between a double and a triple! #curling #AstecSafetyChallenge Try it yourself at curling.gg
I think it's a lingo difference. We call bum/weight. Bum-per-weight
I wish Gushue wore it in 2015 versus Nichols

Who wants to see more curlers rocking the hat cam?

The reason I haven't implemented errors is because I also don't have sweeping that can help those errors. Adding features like that would more for arcade purposes rather than strategy.
Hey Ben! It's been brought up, but not a highly popular request. If you want to simulate mistakes from your players you can straight up place a rock, or drag the stone to a different position when it comes to rest.
Merry Christmas from curling.gg! May all your games start off with a perfect Christmas tree! π₯³ππ₯

Hey #curling community! New feature on curling.gg just released. Tolerance simulation allows you to quickly visualize plan B and the outcome of a missed shot.
Check it out, let me know what you think!
I was also thinking it could be tablet + phone combo app. Put the phone in a location to see everything. Use the tablet to set identifiers for hog line, center line, etc. Then geometry will be enough and you can watch and review your shots on the tablet without moving your phone
A curling sheet has some well defined distances. Maybe the width of the sheet has some flex, but the rock itself is pretty static, distance from hog to house is exact. Etc. So if a few parameters are visible it should be enough.
