I’m still quite amazed and proud of my wife and I. We have been able to work hard enough and have been lucky enough to be able to get 2 houses by 30.

Had to go out do one last weekend before leave the city.

Will be glad to take more saunas, but I will honestly miss being walking distance from the mystery beers.

Between closing on a house and selling our house having a sauna at my parents is amazing.

I’m not sure how much more of this wet heavy snow I can move. I already have a crack in my shovel from last night, and it is snowing again.

We just switched to Apple Music because Spotify raised the price for family premium to $21 a month. For $5 more I can get Apple TV, Arcade, 200 GB cloud storage, and Apple Music with Apple One.

They also offer free ways to transfer music to Apple Music as well.

For Shortcuts I am thinking of either sticking with DataJar or rewriting some of them to just use Files instead. I use DataJar a temp database for my Spotify automation.

My goal is to post on the same day each week so I am hoping it becomes a habit. Probably a Sunday or something .

I successfully changed my domain over to use Cloudflare and got my handle back.

As a dad this is one of my favorite days of the year.

I can tell people I will see them next year and it is almost always true.

My kid helped me shovel today and during breaks got a ride in the Yooper Scooper. Ending with falling into the snow and cuddling.

Days and nights like these are some of the most amazing times, and I can’t wait to see what other snow adventures he gets into.

Got a new job, and no longer in healthcare IT.

New job is retail and cannabis so it is extremely fast paced so far.

Having had someone ask me what to do to stay safe in current times I could not give them concrete advice. Mainly because I do no do what I would recommend, and that isn’t fair.

I did point them to places to learn though as I knew they liked to research and learn.

This is a #Parenting tip for traveling. If you have a young child that you can not leave alone, hang out in the bathroom.

Always a door that if you need you can crack open to hear, but still separate. Allows us to decompress while being in close quarters.

Honestly I have no idea. Most streets will become one ways now if at all if people use the 4 feet of space.

With the lack of bike lanes this also makes no sense. Like they got rid of of skilled workers to use a machine that requires 3 feet of space around each can.

Marquette Public Works urges proper garbage, recycling cart placement Carts should have at least three feet of space between all objects, including other carts.

Now I can’t even park on my street when I come home for lunch, because the city has decided to use an automated garbage and recycling program. They also have to be 2-4 feet into the road.

This is absolute garbage.

Have been at Walmart for 4 hours waiting on an oil change so can’t say to much relaxing was done today.

Have the day off before I start a new job.

Planning on getting an oil change and taking the time to relax before I start.
