That clinic is down the street from where I'm currently posting this, so I'm not just BlueSkySpeculating. They are doing their best but they don't have the capacity for what you're suggesting.

As a trans person myself and a teacher of *the actual children mentioned in this story*, no a lot of them are not able to get care. It is devastating. And it shuts down paths for the kids who have families that were unsure and now have "excuse" to just tell their kids no.

My family tries to keep telling me not to worry because it won't happen here, but this is literally where I had surgery last summer. It's already here.

“We are an LGBT organisation, of course we’re going to be there for trans people, so that’s integral to who we are and what we do. But our priorities now are very much focused on things like securing justice for military veterans and compensation for what they’ve endured."

I really just hate the way Trump and his goons insert themselves into literally everything. I don't personally care who is or isn't in the pro football HOF, but I'm so sick of Trump using the office of the president to try to get organizations to do shit that have nothing to do with government.

The point of this was people who were insanely hyped and ended up exceeding even that level of expectation. Pujols was drafted in the 13th round, he wasn't hyped up since being a kid.

Someone's identity being dependant on if you like them or not is a pretty shitty opinion to have.

Six years ago I was googling stuff like "am I in love with my best friend?" and now we've been married for almost a year, some stuff in life is good.

What is that? I've never heard that before. But I know what it is. But I've never heard that. Someone just made it up.

The day Trump won the election every DNC office in the country should have started moving to this. As Trump destroyed lives across entire country, the DNC should have been democratizing aid and doing something for people instead of taking their money to pay for lawyers

A weird thing is that whenever I post criticism of Al, the majority of the people agreeing with me seem to be leftists. It's pretty much the only position I hold that seems to be more popular with the left than the right. It should be the opposite. My whole point about Al (especially Al in creative fields) is that it isn't human, it doesn't have a soul, and we cannot surrender our society to an unhuman soulless algorithm even if it makes our lives easier in some ways. It's very strange that an argument predicated on the existence of the soul resonates with the left while conservatives tend to scoff at it.
